We’re excited to announce the release of our latest feature for Datum, House View Templates. This allows you to start your Forbury models with pre-populated assumptions, which is already providing massive efficiencies for many of our customers.
With House View Templates you can:
- Start with pre-populated inputs and save yourself repeating the same data entry on every model.
- Create as many templates as you need.
- Populate your specific assumptions in seconds, with a single click.
- Any House View Templates you create are automatically available to other Forbury users in your company.

Alongside this we’ve also refreshed our Property Search function, making it easier to find your target property using a post code. Both this and our new feature are available in the latest version update, to get access just download a new model from your Forbury Portal.
